Build Brand Now is a brand agency on Keong Saik. We help founders, marketing leads, and in-house teams with strategy, visual identity, campaign messaging, and launch rollouts across Singapore and APAC.
Most clients find us when a rebrand is already overdue. The name no longer fits the product. The website looks like three different companies. Sales decks use copy nobody wrote down. Our first job is to slow the room down, map what you already have, and agree what must change before anyone opens a layout file or writes a tagline.
We are a working studio, not a pitch factory. You will sit at the long desk, see proofs under the copper lamps, and leave with documents your legal team can actually review. We do not promise viral moments or guaranteed revenue. We promise a clear process, named deliverables, and brand materials that stay consistent when three departments use them at once.
Our Services cover the full arc: brand strategy and positioning, visual identity systems, campaign messaging, digital brand kits, and launch coordination. Each service has defined scope, timelines, and handover files—no vague general support unless you ask for it in writing.
Recent projects include a heritage bakery repositioning near Tras Street, a consumer fintech app preparing a regulated rebrand, and a three-property boutique hotel group refresh. The bakery case is on Work; read the fintech and hotel summaries on their own pages. Each write-up is anonymised—client names and figures are changed, but services and process reflect real engagements.
Singapore brands often need to travel. A mark that works on a shophouse sign must also survive as an app icon, a social avatar, and a slide footer in an investor deck. We build one source system and derive variants so drift does not appear the week after launch.
The studio sits on Keong Saik between old shophouse fabric and newer hospitality. That mix suits our clients: formal enough for board approvals, relaxed enough for sessions that run past six. When monsoon rain darkens the windows at noon, we keep printed colour proofs under steady lamp light so approvals stay honest.
Every engagement follows the sequence on our Approach page: discovery, positioning architecture, design production, layered review, archive. Optional Audit passes are available if you already own materials and need a final read before spend goes live.
We keep the team small on purpose. A lead strategist, a creative director, and specialists who join for motion, Arabic layout, or accessibility when briefs require it. Scale arrives only when the project demands it.
Photographs on this site were taken here during working sessions: proofs pinned to boards, hands marking print, the stairwell on the way up from the lift. They are not stock decoration. They show how the work actually happens.
There is no contact form on this site. Call, email, or visit by appointment during studio hours. The Contact page explains what to send in a first note so we can respond with a useful next step.
We work with founders preparing first brand systems, marketing directors cleaning up after a rushed launch, and procurement teams evaluating agencies for a regulated rollout. If your brief includes a fixed launch date, name your approvers and attach whatever brand materials already exist—even if you are embarrassed by them. That honesty saves weeks.
Studio sessions at Keong Saik are where strategy and design meet. Expect printed proofs, open laptops, and direct conversation—not a presentation projected onto a white wall while someone reads bullet points you could have emailed.
Our fee structure follows the services you book, not mystery phases. Strategy, identity, and launch coordination are listed separately in every proposal so finance can map line items to internal cost centres. Change notes cover scope shifts; we do not expand work silently because a deadline moved. Ask us for a redacted proposal sample during vendor review—we provide structure, not client names.
Strategy, identity, campaigns, digital kits, and launch coordination—with scope you can invoice against.
Discovery, architecture, production, review, and archive—the sequence we publish for procurement teams.
Heritage retail rebrand—positioning, identity, and a phased street-level launch.
Consumer app rebrand with compliance-first messaging and staff rollout packs.
Three-property group refresh—identity system, signage, and guest touchpoints.
Final read on brand copy and assets you already own—tone, fact, accessibility.
