Services

What we deliver—and what each engagement includes

Every proposal lists services by name so marketing and finance agree on scope before work starts. Below are the core offerings from Build Brand Now. Timelines vary by brief; each service includes written deliverables, version numbers, and an archive handover at close.

Brand strategy covers discovery workshops, competitive mapping, audience definition, positioning statements, and naming architecture where required. You receive a positioning document, messaging hierarchy, and a board-ready summary—not a wall of sticky notes that never becomes a PDF.

Visual identity covers logo systems, colour and typography standards, stationery and social lock-ups, and usage guidelines with clear do-and-don't examples. Files ship in layered formats for print and screen, with named versions so vendors do not guess which mark to use.

Campaign messaging covers launch narratives, press and partner copy, customer letters, and channel-specific variants derived from one master message. Each piece lists approvers, send windows, and rollback language if facts change after release.

Digital brand kits cover web and app UI direction, social templates, email headers, and asset libraries for in-house teams. We document spacing, type scale, and colour tokens so developers and marketers share one reference.

Launch coordination covers multi-week rollouts: staff briefing packs, phased external announcements, signage and touchpoint checklists, and weekly status memos until close. Ideal when rebrand, product, and operations must move in sync.

Brand audit is a standalone read of materials you already own—copy, layouts, accessibility, cross-channel consistency. See the Audit page for detail. Audits do not include redesign unless commissioned separately.

Services combine when briefs require it. A typical rebrand might include strategy, identity, a digital kit, and an eight-week launch programme. We list each line in the proposal with hours, rounds of revision, and change-note rules.

We avoid vague retainers labelled as general brand support. When retainers are offered, they specify hours per service and rollover terms. Unused strategy hours do not silently become campaign production unless both parties sign a change note.

APAC clients often need British or American English variants alongside en-SG master copy. Variants are explicit deliverables, not silent edits. Translation partners join when briefs require Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil—always from locked English architecture.

Not sure which services fit your brief? Send a short note to [email protected] with your launch date, approvers, and what already exists. We will recommend a scope in writing before any design work begins.

Sample timelines: strategy-only engagements often run three to four weeks; identity plus strategy six to ten weeks; full launch programmes eight to fourteen weeks depending on sites and languages.
